"From images to data"

The facility provides to their users acces to a powerfull workstation dedicated to image analysis running both open-source and comercial softwares, to assist with their image analysis and visualization. Custom-made image analysis pipelines are also available upon request. We therefore encourage users to discuss their planted projects with us to optimize sample preparation, imaging conditions and analysis procedures. The facility maintains a GitHub repository with free-to-use ImageJ macros to help users with their every-day image processing.
