"Real-time Super-Resolution microscopy"
X-Light V3/DeepSIM
The DeepSIM super resolution module is integrated with the X-Light V3 Spinnign Disk Confocal system, providing enchanched imaging of sub-cellular structures. It also allows the examination of live-cell dynamics, with an improved resolution up to 100nm in XY, without requiring any special sample preparation or fluorescent dyes.
- Nikon ECLIPSE Ti2 inverted microscope mounted with 4x, 10x, 20x, 40x, 60x, 100x objective lenses
- DualCam module using two Kinetix cameras, offering Hight Sensitivity, large FOV and fast acquisition speeds.
- DeepSIM X-Light module, with 3-different difraction patterns, by CrestOptics
